The Bunnings Tempe project is a significant development located at the corner of Princes Highway and Smith Street in Tempe, Sydney. Valued at approximately $112 million, the project encompasses a substantial gross floor area of 21,871 square meters. After successfully delivering dozens of stores across Australia, we transformed this heritage building along Princes Highway. This flagship mega store presented significant challenges, involving a full design and construct approach that encompassed temperature control, extensive smoke exhaust systems, multiple tenancies, and state-of-the-art office spaces.
